1. The Dad To The Bone USA “Real Dad Guarantee”

The Dad To The Bone USA Guarantee

Every piece of gear from Dad To The Bone USA is made fresh — printed after you order. No dusty warehouse shelves. No stale dad jokes.

​

Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size mix-ups or “I changed my mind” moments.

 

But don’t stress — if something shows up damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, we’ll fix it. Period.

​

We’ll replace or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • The print is messed up

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The wrong size was sent (printer’s fault, not you ordering a Medium after eating like a Dad for 20 years lol)

 

If something’s off, email us at sales@dttbusa.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A quick description

  3. Photos of the issue

 

We’ll handle the rest — because dads take responsibility (even when we “didn’t do it”).

 

A Few Dad Rules

  • No returns for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

  • Report damaged/incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.

  • You can cancel an order within 2 hours before production kicks off.

2. SHIPPING POLICY

Dad To The Bone USA Shipping Policy

Everything you order from Dad To The Bone USA is printed fresh — like a hot batch of waffles on Saturday morning.

 

Production Time

Your gear cooks up in 2–5 business days, depending on how wild dad-season gets (holidays, Father’s Day, etc.).

 

Shipping Time

Once your order hits the mail:

  • 3–7 business days for U.S. orders

  • 7–21 business days for international dads

 

Timing depends on the production partner printing your gear.

 

Tracking

We’ll send you tracking the moment your order leaves the print shop — no guesswork, no “Where’s my package?” stress.

 

If Shipping Acts Up

Packages sometimes go on adventures.
If yours is delayed, missing, or claims “delivered” but isn’t actually there, email us at sales@dttbusa.com.

We’ll help track it, replace it, or wrestle a mail truck if we must.

 

Customs & Duties

International buyers may have import fees — dad tip: check local rules.

Your gear will arrive looking clean, crisp, and ready to represent real fatherhood.

By using our site or buying our gear, you agree to play by these rules:

 

Made-to-Order Everything

Every product is created after you order. Once production starts, the train has left the station — no stopping it.
(Translation: no cancellations after the first couple hours.)

 

Our Designs Are Ours

All Dad To The Bone USA designs, logos, wordmarks, slogans, graphics, and original artwork are the property of Dad To The Bone USA.

​

Please don’t reuse, copy, reprint, or slap them on your cousin’s lawn-care hoodie.

 

Prices May Change

Prices may change at any time based on production costs, materials, or general dad-economy conditions.

 

Limited Liability

If a shipping service takes your hoodie on a cross-country road trip, we’ll help, but we’re not liable for carrier mishaps.

Our maximum liability = the cost of the product you bought.

 

Be Cool

Don’t hack, break, spam, or otherwise misuse the website.
Dads are cool — keep it dad-level chill.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, USA — home of good people and great fathers. Dad To The Bone USA is proudly run as a DBA of our parent company, Dawn Of The Dakes LLC - because even businesses have dads.
